I write this post from West Hartford Connecticut, from the armchair in my father's living room - to let you know I won't be posting much for the next little while. Today I drive up into the Berkshires and prepare to dive deep into myself and into my study... I will be spending the next month at Kripalu's Yoga Teacher Training. This has been something that I have planned for the last year or so, and dreamed about for longer than that... It is a one month residential program and while there is internet access available, I doubt I'll use it very much.
I'm anticipating a month of diving deep into myself. (And meeting wonderful yogi folks too, I'm sure!) A month of intense learning and gaining of perpective. But little in the way of homestead-y things....
